Le Maverick launches an exclusive ‘Chefs Table’

| March 16, 2015
Le Maverick is renowned for ‘French cuisine unbound,’ a new bistronomie wave among young chefs and restaurant entrepreneurs in Paris allowing patrons to enjoy fine cuisine without the high price tag. As part of its commitment to ‘French cuisine unbound,’ Le Maverick believes everyone should experience Chef’s Table gourmet dining, comprising of a highlight menu prepared right in front of dining guests, with chefs offering a run-through of the amazing food, notable ingredients and cooking techniques used. The chef’s table experience in Bangkok can easily be very costly, therefore Maverick has introduced the city’s most affordable Chef’s Table, for just 950 Baht ++ starting this March 11, and occurring weekly for three months.

Beginning with an amuse bouche of cheese croquette, the starter comprises maquerel rollmops and mussels, red cabbage salad, apple and cold potato cream. Le Maverick’s poached poultry breast main course is a visual (and olfactory!) delight, served with a Waterzooi-style sauce and seasonal vegetables. The restaurant has created a new signature dessert just for the Chef’s table – Crepe beer with caramelized apple, jam and apple ice cream.

All of Le Maverick’s Chef’s Table courses are prepared by Alain Ducasse Chef-trained Christian Caluwaert, making for an outstanding experience that offers genuine value and a sense of discovery. It’s right in the heart of Asoke too, just a short walk from the BTS, MRT and intersection, so come visit Le Maverick, and experience extraordinary cuisine at accessible prices.
