The Bangkok hotel and restaurant group maintains exclusive distribution rights to the world’s most expensive and luxurious wine and spirits brands.
Bangkok, August 22, 2014: Following a successful four-year partnership, The Dome at lebua, the critically-acclaimed collection of restaurants and bars at the hotel Tower Club at lebua, has renewed their distribution agreement with Pernod Ricard Thailand for an additional two years – an arrangement that has proven beneficial to both parties as well as the country’s food and beverage landscape.

The deal grants lebua exclusivity to several of Pernod Ricard Thailand’s ultra premium spirits and prestige champagnes, including Royal Salute 62 Gun Salute scotch, Martell L’or cognac, Plymouth and Burrough’s gin, G.H. Mumm R. Lalou Champagne, and Havana club ‘seleccion de maestros’ rum.

It is a logical partnership, with Pernod Ricard’s unrivaled portfolio of premium international brands and lebua’s multiple-award-winning collection of upscale restaurants and bars, which once hosted one of the most exclusive, and expensive, dinners in the world: the 1 million baht (USD 33,333) per person Epicurean Masters of the World II gala.
Patrick Castanier, Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Thailand, summed it up with “Two Icons, One Mission,” adding that “our focus in Pernod Ricard Thailand is on global iconic spirits, and lebua is our iconic landmark, a brand temple of exuberant luxury and top-class hospitality. We hope to continue offering our finest selection of spirits, wines and champagnes to the most discerning at lebua Hotels & Resorts.”

lebua Hotels & Resorts CEO Deepak Ohri says the partnership provides substantial support to the lebua brand promise: “While these are indeed among the world’s most expensive brands, the partnership goes deeper than that, allowing us to create the kind of emotional connections with our guests that result from offering them products and experiences they simply can’t find anywhere else. These moments become very personal, quite exceptional, and truly luxurious – and our guests want more of them.”
Both lebua and Pernod Ricard Thailand are confident that the partnership will contribute to their continued growth as Bangkok maintains its current upscale course and more and more people desire the kind of personal, exceptional and luxurious experiences that it can offer.
