The St. Regis Bangkok’s grand brunch experience every Sunday at VIU presents a magnificent buffet spread and free-flow Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne, wines, cocktails and martinis.
The St. Regis Bangkok’s Legendary Sunday Brunch is a veritable Bangkok institution of epic proportion, set at VIU Restaurant on Level 12 of the hotel.
In a grand buffet experience, from 12:30pm to 3:30pm, the indulgent spread actually takes over the four restaurants and bars on that level. Guests can enjoy an extraordinary brunch of the finest fare, matched with wines, champagne and cocktails, which flows seamlessly from VIU, through The Drawing Room, across The St. Regis Bar, and into Decanter.
Commence at VIU with an assortment of antipasti, salads, foie gras, seafood on ice, prime cuts of meat and flavours from around the globe, as well as Thai specialties and house-made pasta. Chef’s premium brunch favourites, from the à-la-carte, à-la-minute menu, include: lobster and smoked salmon eggs benedict; Royal Baeri caviar omelet; a mushroom, black truffle and parmesan pizza; and beef tenderloin Rossini sliders with truffle mayo. An enticing collection of sweet endings, international cheeses and other delights also await, on this monumental culinary journey.
Various drinks packages are available together with the Legendary Sunday Brunch, to suit guests’ beverage choices. Prices start from THB 2,700++ per person, with the non-alcoholic beverages package, while THB 3,400++ per person allows for wines, sparkling wines, Siam Mary, martinis, beers, smoothies and juices. Furthermore, the top-tier brunch package of THB 4,900++ per person includes a continuous flow of Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne.
