“Memoirs of Lanna”: A Cultural Afternoon Tea Inspired by the Flavours, Stories and Natural Beauty of Chiang Mai

This collaboration brings the spirit of Chiang Mai to life in Bangkok. The afternoon tea set showcases the flavours of Northern Thai cuisine, artfully presented in forms inspired by the region’s fresh farm produce, while SARRAN unveils a jewellery collection that reflects the exquisite flowers of Chiang Mai.

Served alongside freshly baked scones, house-made jam, and Monsoon Tea, this culinary journey is created by our talented chef team, led by Executive Chef Korawit Rungchat, to delight and satisfy every palate.

The Memoirs of Lanna afternoon tea set will be available at Baan Borneo Club on Level 26 from 16 June 2025 to 15 June 2026, with two items refreshed each season — starting from Monsoon, then Winter and Summer — to showcase the diverse ingredients sourced from Chiang Mai throughout the year. Prices are THB 2,400++ per couple or THB 2,800++ per couple, including 2 glasses of sparkling wines. *Prices are subject to 10% service charge and government tax.

A delightful pairing of a classic plain scone and a santol pink rose scone, served warm and tender. Accompanied by velvety clotted cream, house-made strawberry & Honey jam for a rich-fruity twist, and a vibrant mango passionfruit vanilla preserve bursting with tropical brightness.
