An exceptional experience, embark on a gastronomic journey of tastes and textures as he showcases his distinctive culinary artistry.

Chef Orger’s creations feature the best local ingredients, prepared simply to highlight individual flavors and create a perfect balance on the palate.
Enjoy the richness of Marinated Salmon Gravlax or Ravioli of Prawns and Cavia. For dessert, indulge yourself in sweet perfection, the chef’s very own Madeleine and Sweet Chariot.
An exclusive a la carte menu offering some of his internationally acclaimed signature recipes will be available for both lunch and dinner, and an epicurean experience set menu will be offered as follows:

• THB 5,900++ per person for 7 course set menu
• THB 4,500++ per person for 5 course set menu
• THB 2,100++ per person for 3 course set menu
• Wine pairing is available for all menus at an additional THB 2,000++ per person
