| September 3, 2014
What are you waiting for? September is the beginning of porcini mushroom season. It’s only during this short time that you can enjoy the hearty & nutty taste of fresh porcini mushrooms.

Porcini mushrooms grow wild all over Europe, from Scandinavia down to Southern Italy.  They are the perfect addition to Italian cuisine,  therefore Chef Edoardo Bonavolta of LUCE Italian Restaurant at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn doesn’t want to miss the opportunity and brings you this exquisite in-season ingredient fresh from Europe to the tables of Bangkok.

Now is the perfect opportunity to indulge in some of his enticing porcini creations including Bruschetta with Porcini Mushrooms, River Prawns, Mozzarella and Cherry Tomatoes, Parmesan and Goat Cheese Risotto topped with Porcini Mushrooms and a Honey-Thyme Dressing, Saddle of Lamb stuffed with Porcini Mushrooms served with Goat Cheese Cream and Mushroom Reduction and slow-simmered Fillet of Cod with Porcini Mushrooms, New Potatoes and Rosemary plus many more fantastic fungi choices.

Don’t miss the once-in-a-year savoury special!

The porcini menu is available during September and October 2014 for lunch and dinner at LUCE Italian Restaurant, Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok.
