Reopening of New York Steakhouse Secret Society Brunch!

Secret Society members will enjoy a grand 4-course meal serving up the best in class. Highlighting the signatures of the steakhouse, guests can indulge as their first course, the Empire State Seafood Tower featuring imported seafood delicacies from all around the world such as Boston lobsters, oysters, Alaskan King crab legs, mussels, scallops in portions that are more than you think you can handle. Followed by the famous New York Steakhouse Caesar salad where fresh baby cos lettuce is tossed together with homemade dressing mixed on the spot. Anchovy fan or not? You can be sure to let the paperboy know and they’ll mix it precisely to your taste.
The main course of which you can choose from Certified Angus Beef (CAB) Prime tenderloin or New York Striploin for the true meat lovers or other premium choices of such as the Sunday Roast prime rib – an Australian wagyu carved table-side served with a selection of morel mushroom sauce, bordelaise wine sauce, green pepper corn sauce or Béarnaise; The Tournedos – CAB Prime Angus filet beef with pan-fried goose liver, port wine glaze and tender rocket leaves; The Surf ‘n’ Turf – CAB Prime Angus filet beef, Maine Lobster medallion wilted baby spinach and herb butter sauce;
The Snow Fish – Crusted in black pepper, served in a fragrant garlic vegetable broth and fresh herbs; The Rack of Lamb – Imported from Gippsland, grass fed, served with pearl onions and rosemary jus. The menu has a good array of dishes should you want to steer clear of beef that day.
Not to mention, there is no limit to the side dishes – creamy mashed potatoes, baby carrots in honey butter, green garden peas not to be missed, New York Steakhouse sizzling bacon, extra thick.
Once over the succulent courses, comes the time to engage more into your Sunday gossips over dessert. The Big Apple Pie, The New York Cheesecake, The Brooklyn Chocolate Lava Cake and introducing the new addition to the sugar family, The Baked Alaska With Mixed Berries are the four respected and rich desserts in good portion offered.
The price per person is THB 2,400++ per person and guests can enjoy a free-flow of hand-picked high quality wines and cocktails for an additional THB 1,350++ per person or THB 950++ for 3 glasses of wine or cocktails should you want to control your temptations.
