Nicolas Loreau - Director of Food & Beverage of Centara Grand at CentralWorld (3rd from the left) together hosted “RIOJA WINE PAIRING DINNER” @ UNO MAS Restaurant, Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, featuring a delectable 5-course wine pairing set menu by Chef Roberto Gonzalez Alonso ( 3rd from the right), new Chef De Cuisine. Roberto has worked at several renowned establishments worldwide such as El Puerto in Bristol, El Cambio de Tercio in Chelsea (London), and at Sinsombrero, Casa Gades, Sexto, Txirimiri and the three Michelin star restaurant Diverxo, all in Madrid. Chef Roberto’s passion for traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine allows him to bring a new wave of specialties to Uno Mas, creating a especial 5 course Spanish & Mediterranean style menu for the wine pairing dinner hosted by BERONIA, one of the most well known fine wine brands from La Rioja – the most famous wine region from SPAIN, very popular both in international and domestic markets-.Beronia belongs to GONZALEZ BYASS  family of wines and spirits, one of the top 5 producers of premium quality wines and spirits from Spain with a long history that goes back 188 years. BERONIA brand name honors the “Berones”, the first inhabitants (3rd century BC) of the region we know today as Rioja.
