The set menu begins with an amuse-bouche of “Crispy Sako”, symbolising the excitement of first encounters, followed by an appetiser of “Spicy Tuna Salad”,reflecting the fiery passion and bold flavours of love. “The Chicken Soup with Pickled Lime” represents the nurturing of a relationship. The sharing main courses include three dishes: “Beef Hang Lay Curry”, “Stuffed Squid with Crab Meat”, and “Coconut Milk Soup with Shrimp, Pak Waan, and Lotus Stem”, all symbolising positive connections in relationships. For dessert, a “Pomegranate Layered Delight” served with Warm Coconut Milk signifies honesty and everlasting commitment.
The Flavours of Valentine’s set dinner at Nimitr restaurant, located on Level 27 of the hotel, is available from 8 p.m. to 10.30 p.m., accompanied by a solo saxophone performance.
