We were here for the Sunday lunch set menu. The dining space is a double height space that has double height glass wall on two sides. I could imagine in the evening this would have been an elegant space to dine. In the day it was ok too, a lot of daylight provide a clear look at the food served.

The Sunday lunch starts with dish after dishes of amuse bouche, I counted 6.

Grilled Watermelon with Pata Negra Ham (from Spain) and marinated skin of watermelon put on olive oil powder

From left to right: Connelori Sugar with bacon filled, strained yoghurt and cream fraishe, Bitter Ball of Old Dutch Cheese and Piccalily, Chicken’s skin with goose liver cream and rhubarb

Roasted Capsicum Sauce, Gamba Tartar and guacamole sauce

Razor Clam, prawn, white bean served with lemon dressing

The amuse bouche were a nice tease to the palate, each one had different taste and texture which makes it an interesting start.

Gazpacho, langoustine is a beautiful dish; the sweetness from the langoustine combined with the saltiness of the ham and acidity of the tomatoes and vegetables made it a well round dish.

Oyster caviar is presented in a small cup with lime infused smoke from liquid nitrogen. Taste wise it was very flavorful, but I’m not sure why it is call caviar, there wasn’t any. The portion was very small compared to the Gazpacho.

For the first main course, grilled turbot with white asparagus, green peas and morels; another beautiful dish with many ingredients.

The chef who created these dishes was very artistic, every dish was well presented. The second main course was lamb with cous cous, sweet pepper, eggplant, artichoke and lamb sauce. The lamb was perfectly cooked.

For dessert, strawberry with rose, bergamot, lychee and lychee ice parfait. Again many ingredients many texture. If you looking for gorgeous looking food with many texture and taste this set menu is the one but for a price at 3,500 THB per person.
