Scalini Saturday Brunch is Back!!

Come for brunch at Scalini this October and be in to win a 1-night stay in our exclusive Presidential Suite worth over 20,000 baht (maximum occupancy four persons with breakfast). All guests will receive one seasonal dish per person. We also have fresh juicy lobster from Boston prepared with four unique flavour profiles. Choose from Lobster Thermidor (stir-fried lobster in white wine sauce, cheese and egg yolk), Salted Egg Lobster (stir-fried lobster in salted egg sauce), Grilled Lobster in Wine Sauce (roasted lobster in garlic butter and white wine sauce) and Lobster with Spinach and Mushrooms (stir-fried lobster served with spinach, buttered mushrooms and thyme). Please note a maximum of two lobsters served per person.

There is also a wide variety of a la carte dishes on offer, such as Roast Beef, Grilled Cod, Mushroom Risotto and Fresh Sashimi topped with caviar and salmon roe. And do not miss our delicious dessert station!
