The highlight menu includes Asian wok-fried dishes like Singapore-style Chili Crab – hard-shell crabs simmered in a flavorful Singaporean spicy-sweet chili, served with fried Mantou, Pad Cha – spicy wok-fried with Thai herbs, Pad Mee Ka Ched – Wok-fried vermicelli with water mimosa, Tom Yum – Thai hot and sour soup loaded with wonderful aromatic flavor, Shanghai-style sauce – Wok-fried Shanghai recipe with seafood, Pad Pong Garee – Wok-fried yellow curry, Cereal Prawns – Crispy prawns coated in buttered cereals with a kick of spice, Pad Nam Prik Pao – Wok-fried seafood with Thai chili paste, and other signature dishes, all made with your choice of protein such as Pork belly, Squid, New Zealand mussel, Sea bass fillet, Japanese scallop, River prawn and Rock lobster.
