Guest may choose up to six different types of fish, three different cooking styles as well as nine flavours and toppings. Highlights include red or green curry sauce, sweet and sour chilli, garlic and black pepper, vegetable and hot basil sauce or even topped with shredded pork, ginger and mushroom or steamed with garlic pickle and lime chilli sauce.
