The show kitchen at Café 9 will be preparing a series of sensational shellfish dishes throughout May 2014. Big in variety and flavor, delicacies including fresh scallops, prawns, crab and Prawns will go into the making of tasty curries, grills and stir – fries such as; Sea Scallop (THB 520 ++, Stir fried sea scallops, spicy chorizo, hot basil and pineapple), Mussels (THB 320 ++, Gratinated New Zealand mussels with fine Thai herbs, green papaya salad), Seafood (THB 350 ++, Seafood in yellow curry with roasted tomatoes and baked eggplants) Prawns (THB 399 ++, Pan fried tiger prawns, chickpea and zucchini puree, spicy mango and rosemary salsa) created by Executive chef John and his team at Café 9, the restaurant’s open kitchen.Available every day throughout May from 11:30 hrs to 22:45 hrs at Café 9, Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel Bangkok
