Sheraton Pattaya Resort
Sheraton Pattaya Resort is located on Phratamnak hill between south Pattaya and Jomtien beach. The resort is on a slope hillside that has its own private beach. Being here feels unlike Pattaya but it’s very close to all the attraction Pattaya has to offer.

The resort has 3 pools, 2 restaurants (Elements and Infiniti), 1 seaside bar (Latitude lounge) and a spa (Amburaya). There were many room types from deluxe to pool villas.
Our room was the deluxe pavilion ocean front. The room was very spacious with a large bathtub and a large pavilion terrace that looks out the ocean.
During the day time the Amburaya spa seem like to best activity after the long week. There were many treatments to choose from, we went for the Amburaya Embrace 60 minutes for 2,700++/ person. A combination of 5 different massage techniques; royal Siam, shiatsu, ayurvedic, and Swedish.
After the spa we went for some cocktails at the Elements to see the sunset. There were many unique selections of cocktails. We tried the Mangorita – tequila, triple sec with mango purée and lime juice and the Tropical Dream – raspberry vodka, midori, crème de banana, pineapple juice with banana and coconut cream (320++ each)
The sunset was spectacular, Pattaya sky during this time was so colorful. When you are in Pattaya, don’t stay inside during 6-7 pm, come out to where you can see the ocean and sky to experience the vibrant colors of Pattaya. What was even better was our dinner. Every Saturday night the Elements restaurant offers the BBQ seafood buffet. There were a wide variety of foods to choose from.
Appetizers
Sushi sashimi
Chilled seafood
Baked Oysters and seafood
Fried seafood in meang (เมี่ยง) sauce
Rice in lotus leaves
Baked sea bass
Baked salmon
Braised beef cheek
Pan seared Foie gras with peach compote
River prawns were my favorite; it was big but it was grilled to perfection with some fat from the head part.
There was also deep fried river prawns Chinese style.
Deep fried sea bass sweet sour sauce
There were many choices for desserts.
The food quality was second to none the chef did a great job in preparing each dish. For the price of only 1,399++ per person is very reasonable compared to the quality and variety of food.
We’ve been to the Sheraton Pattaya Resort many times but it is always nice to come back. We like to short drive from Bangkok. Coming here is like getting away in a remote place but at the same time it is in the heart of bustling Pattaya.
