To commemorate these extraordinary milestones, Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit hosted La Nuit by Sofitel, an evening that brought the sophistication of French to the vibrant heart of Bangkok, creating an unforgettable fusion of culture, culinary artistry, and elegance on the 32nd floor of Belga Rooftop Bar & Brasserie.
The evening opened with a red-carpet champagne reception, ushering guests to the rooftop where they were immersed in an elevated culinary experience. The curated menu, meticulously crafted by Sofitel’s talented chefs, featured an array of gourmet delights. Highlights included a fresh Oyster & Caviar Ice Bar, Belga’s signature specialties such as Frites Maison and the iconic Sandwich Martino. Pass-around treats included Wagyu A5 with Teriyaki Sauce, Crispy Tubes filled with Porcini Mushrooms, and Lobster Croquettes, providing a dynamic selection of flavors to delight the senses. An exquisite finale of desserts offered Champagne & Caviar, Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Caviar, and Baba au Rhum, capping off a remarkable evening of culinary indulgence.
Adding to the night’s allure, signature cocktails inspired by Paris’s iconic nightlife districts—Champs-Élysées, Bastille, Pigalle, and Saint Germain—were crafted by skilled mixologist Kate. Each cocktail reflected the energy and sophistication of Paris, perfectly complementing the culinary creations and lending a refined touch to the celebration.
The evening’s entertainment included live saxophone, setting the mood for an elegant start, followed by DJ Vega, who energized the atmosphere, keeping guests on the dance floor well into the night.
