Back on land, meat choices include grilled Australian lamb, Wagyu beef, foie gras and Chef Leslie’s signature lamb hot pot. Chef Khor Eng Yew, meanwhile, enhances Bubbly Sunday Brunch with his own signature Chinese soup as well as duck pancake station. New chocolate and Belgian dessert buffets by Chef Chris Busschaert brings brunch to a sweet and memorable end.
