Tuesday nights at VIU offer up the delicate taste of foie gras and the rich flavours of duck, from 6.00pm-11.00pm. From THB1,750net/person, an exceptionally special menu awaits, devoted to these delicious delicacies, freshly prepared for your infinite dining pleasure, complete with Belgian waffles and foie gras ice cream for dessert…

Discover land and sea’s finest blend in perfect harmony, on Wednesdays, with a reprise on Saturdays by popular demand. Surf & Turf nights propose the freshest seafood and premium Australian steaks, including crisp Caesar salad and soup. At THB1,900++/person, from 6.00pm-9.00pm, one certainly can have it all.


Sustainable Summer Seafood Thursdays present a selection of the freshest and finest same-day catches, together with organic and biodynamic wines. From THB 1,000++/person*, the likes of red snapper, John snapper, grouper, pompano, barramundi, black mussels and Venus clams are served from 6.00pm-11.00pm.
