| June 11, 2013

The St. Regis Bangkok introduces “A Weekend of Pure Indulgence” – a getaway for those looking to shroud themselves in luxury in the exciting city of Bangkok.

The Dom Pérignon Brunch which takes place on the first Sunday of every month at VIU, a spacious and contemporary restaurant overlooking the lush greenery of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club, begins with a seafood plateau of Tsarskaya and pink oysters, sea urchin, king prawns, Alaskan crab, poached calamari and Boston lobster, sautéed clams and mussels as well as foie gras terrine served directly to each table.

Following this, guests can delight in both the traditional brunch buffet line – a seamless assortment of fresh seafood, salads, cold cuts, roasts and Italian, Japanese, Chinese and Thai favourites – as well as an a la carte gourmet menu from which guests can order house specialties from omelette with caviar to wagyu rib eye, lobster sashimi to chateaubriand.

This delightful feast is complemented by an unlimited pouring of world class vintage 2002 Dom Pérignon, making this a truly one-of-a-kind experience for champagne lovers and gourmands alike.

“The Dom Pérignon brand is perfectly aligned with our standards of uncompromised service and bespoke product offerings,” said Faiek El-Saadani, Director of Food & Beverage at The St. Regis Bangkok. “This collaboration allows us to really offer the highest level of luxury to our discerning guests. We have also been lead to understand that at this moment, we are the only brunch in the whole of Asia offering such an exclusive experience with Dom Pérignon!”

The Dom Pérignon Brunch is priced at THB 7,900++ per person.
