The No.43 Italian Bistro located at CapeHouse, Bangkok invites you to experience a night of culinary inspirations with Black Summer Truffles specially flown in from Italy. Enjoy a lavish six-course tasting menu prepared and served by guest chef Sebastien Schneider that highlights the chef’s classical background with a modern and creative twist.

Chef Sebastien Schneider began his career with training from the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse, known for its emphasis on high quality cuisine with an innovative approach. He has since developed and honed his skills working in Michelin starred restaurants and luxurious establishments around the globe; including Switzerland, France, Luxemburg, England, and Australia. 

 

Guests can expect the unexpected with amazing and sense-stimulating creations such as Porcini Mushroom Cappuccino with A Truffle Essence, Large Scallops with Truffle Jus and Potato Mash, and Caramelised Pear and Truffled Vanilla Ice Cream. A wine-pairing option is also available for the most exquisite truffle-tasting experience.

Chef Sebastien Schneider’s Truffle Tasting Menu is only available from June 27th to July 6th, 2013 atNo.43 Italian Bistro, Cape House, Bangkok at 6:30pm to midnight.
