Chef Amerigo Sesti has created a tantalizing 9-course French menu including a tempting Trio dessert served with a shared Asian table concept.

Strawberry gazpacho

Foie gras terrine served with cherry chutney

Crispy red mullet salad and eggplant caviar

Warm pan-seared scallop, red cabbage gelée, horseradish cream and Granny smith apple


Lightly-seared cod served with a tomato confit and chili caramel

Glazed lobster medallion on a vitelotte purée with purple mustard and beetroot-scented tapioca


Slow-cooked pork belly, red meat radish confit and sweet and sour juniper sauce

Breast of quail, truffled Jerusalem artichokes and Arabica sauce


Rose, lychee and raspberry sweetheart
