Chef Joan Tanya Dot creates a night to remember for Valentine’s Day at Tapas Y Vino. Whisper your word of love over the 6-course Spanish set. The dishes include ‘Plate belon’ duo oysters, Gin & tonic and cucumber; Cold White asparagus from Tudela, ‘Joselito’ Iberian ham; Imported baked hake, garlic prawns and spinach salad; Caipirinha sorbet; Iberian pig ‘secreto’ pan-fried, apple pure, caramelized onions, sweet wine Pedro Ximenez and Chocolate cheese cake, baileys and red fruits. Valentine’s Day set dinner is priced at Baht 3,600++ per couple inclusive of a glass of sparkling wine.
