With carving stations slicing prime rib from the U.S., baked teriyaki salmon, steamed snow fish and marinated lamb leg and a wide-ranging Western and Asian hot dish section featuring beef tenderloin, giant river prawns, grilled lamb chops, Chinese-style double-boiled pork spare ribs, crispy black cod, Massaman curry and dim sum with X.O. sauce plus all your other international and local favourites there’s literally something for everyone.

And we haven’t forgotten those with a sweet tooth with a delectable dessert corner featuring a chocolate dipping fountain with fresh fruits, homemade cakes of all shapes and sizes and a plethora of pies and puddings.
