About the Restaurant:

The restaurant is recognisable by its signature white ceramic tableware, white faux white-grey marble tables and mesmerising glass light fixture which hangs from the ceilings of the lofty indoor dining room. The adjacent wall to the minimally designed entrance, is made of floor-to-ceiling glass. The pristine white walls, delicate cane furnishings and metallic bronze copper interior accents gleam under the natural light, providing a feeling of warmth and splendour.


White Shuffle’s venue manages to seamlessly integrate into the chic design of Novotel Suites Sukhumvit Soi 34, Bangkok, where comfy and secluded outdoor al fresco dining is complementary to the refined indoor, all day dining setting. For intimacy, guests may enjoy the cosy upstairs mezzanine floor, where private functions and special events are often held.


About the Chef:

Chef Yannick Hollenstein, Head Chef of White Shuffle – All Day Dining, European Modern Brunch Restaurant, is a burgeoning talent in Bangkok and is set to shake-up the all day dining scene with a unique flair for delicate European comfort-food. Born and raised in the eastern part of Switzerland near the Lake Of Constance, Chef Yannick joined the White Shuffle team in the early development stages of White Shuffle’s conception. With the trust and guidance of Chef/Owner Khun Krisda (Nick) Chintakananda, Chef Yannick has developed a powerful ability to convert homely dishes into fine and often fun plates.


About the Menu: White Shuffle “All Day Brunch Menu”. 

The “Sharing Snacks” dishes have become part of White Shuffle’s charm, designed for plentiful decadence and shared among good company. The Foie Gras (Homemade) Beignets with Pan Seared Foie Gras and the Wagyu Beef French Toast are served in big bite sizes and are jam-packed with rich and luscious flavours. Needless to mention, they are ones “for the Gram” and perfect for all day dining.

And what’s a White Shuffle meal without their scrumptious Egg Dishes? Most notably, the Thai Swiss Breakfast Roesti and Shuffle Eggs Benedict. Alternative brunch highlights include the Crispy Soft Shell Crab Salad, Lamb Ragout Bucatini and the Kottbullar Meatballs. For the sweeter side of things (Chef Yannick’s forte), are the Dark Chocolate Fondant and Peach, Passion & Espresso Delight. Many of White Shuffle dishes were created in reflectection of Chef Yannick and Owner/Chef Nick’s Western journeys, yet integrating fresh, Thai ingredients. You will even discover a few dishes with Oriental shifts.
