Create-Your-Own-Dish at Angelini

Italian food lovers can be a part of the delicious creations at Angelini with the Create-Your-Own-Dish promotion from 1 to 30 September 2014.

Angelini Chef de Cuisine Omar Ugoletti will listen to diners’ every wish and command to create a one-of-a-kind Pizza or Pasta. Guests can explore their hidden culinary creativity by mixing and matching fine Italian ingredients and relish their own creation with palate-pleasing wines amidst the grand ambiance of Angelini.  The Create-Your-Own-Dish Pasta or Pizza Set with a glass of wine starts from Bt550++ per set and Bt380++ per set without wine.


V For Vegan at Shang Palace

Guests can partake in the spiritual journey to cleanse their body and soul with Shang Palace’s healthy meat-free dishes available for nine days from 24 September to 2 October 2014.

Hong Kong Chef Sham Yun Ming and his culinary team has prepared special dim sums, à la carte and set menus of fresh and nutritious vegetarian dishes specially created for the Vegetarian Festival.  Healthy dishes include Vegetarian Deep-fried Turnip Cakes, Steamed Bean Curd Skin Roll with Mix Vegetables, Sweet Corn with Eight Treasures Soup, ‘Ma Po’ Tofu with Straw Mushroom, and Wok-fried ‘Lohan’  Mix Vegetables.

Dim Sum dishes are available for lunch from Bt88++ per dish.
À la carte dishes are available from Bt280++ to Bt360++ per dish.

The set menus for a minimum of four guests are priced at Bt788++ per person and Bt888++ per person.


Signature Cocktails

Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok introduces signature cocktails tailor-made to reflect the character and ambiance of each restaurant, lounge and even Shangri-La Hotel itself for the whole month of September 2014.

Guests can submerge themselves completely in Shangri-La-ness for the best signature cocktails experience by six innovative drinks including Bangkok Punch – A NEXT2 Café Signature, Dolce Vita – An Angelini Signature, Tom Yam – A Salathip Signature, Cloud 89 – A Lobby Lounge Signature, Homemade Ginger Martini – A Shang Palace Signature, and Organic Honey Lemongrass Martini – A Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok Signature.  Each signature cocktail is priced at Bt350++ per glass.


Flowers Menu at Salathip

Salathip Chef de Cuisine Tussanee Putkaew masterfully crafts a special menu inspired by Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, a dedicated supporter of the research and conservation of Thailand’s botanies, from 1-30 September 2014.  The menu blends the finest of Thai ingredients with the gracefulness of edible flowers and plants, creating a brilliant balance of nature and authentic Thai tastes with dishes such as Seared Hokkaido Scallops with Lotus Pollen in Spicy Lime Vinaigrette, Lightly-battered Osmanthus Flowers with Sweet and Spicy Peanut Sauce, and Grilled Pork Curry with Torch Ginger Flowers. The special menu is available for dinner with Thai classical dance performances. Prices range from Bt 120++ to Bt 700++ per dish.
