French Wine Dinner at Tapas Y Vino

Transport yourself away to France for the evening, and enjoy our excellent French wines, matched with the sumptuous five-course French & Spanish delicacy from chef Joan Tanya on Thursday, 25th April.  Some of Chef Joan’s creations include (1) Green salad, pan fried duck magret, truffle oil and goat cheese ice cream; (2) Grilled imported razor clams salpicon; and (3) Pan fried wild seabass, ‘Freixenet’ Spanish sparkling wine sauce, Mallorca vegetables ring


The guest speaker for the night will be Ms. Alison Harvey, South East Asia Sale Manager of Freixenet Co., Ltd, largest wine companies in the world. Alison Harvey will give a talk and provide knowledge on the pairing French wines to diners.
