Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok will present “Yum Cha Delights”, featuring more than a dozen choices of new dim sum dishes created by Chef Sakkarin Kansorn at Shang Palace from 1 to 31 March 2014.Boasting a culinary experience of more than two decades of yum cha or dim sum making, Chef Sakkarin will reveal his expertise in preparing these delicious Cantonese dishes to delight daily lunch guests.  His “must-try” creations developed with a passion for dim sum during his 19 years at the hotel include Goose Liver Xiao Long Bao, Steamed Spinach Siew Mai, Deep-Fried Banana Spring Rolls, Steamed Shrimp and Bamboo Shoot Dumplings with X.O. Sauce, Deep-Fried Squid Balls and Toddy Palm with Hot Coconut Milk.
